Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest.

Where can I get updates on my order?
We put together a shipping guide and you can track your order here. 

What is my tracking number?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.
Sometimes that email end in the spam folder so please check there.
You can track the delivery status of your orders here with Tracking Number.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Shipping time is from 7 up to 30 working days from the date that your item is shipped out (often around 21 day).
Depending on demand, your location and where it’s shipped from, delivery time will vary.
If the painting (or picture) is in stock, it will ship within two days, otherwise orders will be shipped out within 3-7 workdays after your payment.
NOTE: The price does not include any import taxes and you are responsible for customs duties if any.

Shipping and Handling: $5.50 one time per order, whether there are one or more items in the order.

What is your change and return policy?
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. 
We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. Our Returns Policy lasts 60 days.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us asap. We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, items can arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item to get a new or refund.

Where is CanvasPaintArt located?
We are based in Europe. Our fulfillment centers are located in China and US.
Paintings and pictures are mostly printed on canvas in China where they are shipped from.
