Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest.

What is my tracking number?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Shipping time take 7 op to 31 working days from the date that your item is shipped out, most often it takes 14-21 days with paintings. Depending on demand, your location and where it’s shipped from, delivery time will vary.
If the painting (or picture) is in stock, it will ship within one day, otherwise orders will be shipped out within 2- 4 workdays after your payment. The price does not include any import taxes and you are responsible for customs duties if any.
What is your change and return policy?
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days (or 7 days after you receive your product).
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us asap. We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, items can arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item to get new or refund.
